Chalk and turquoise green watercolour on thin paper. 28,6 × 22,7 cm (11 ¼ × 8 ⅞ in.). Signed and dated lower right: Grosz 12. Titled on the shield within the image: Herberts Ruh. On the reverse formerly with the estate stamp (faded) and inscribed with the number in pen and black ink: 4 142 3. Catalogue raisonné: Accompanied by a certificate by Ralph Jentsch, Berlin/Rome dated 26 June 2021. The drawing will be included in the catalogue raisonné of the works on paper of George Grosz by Ralph Jentsch (in preparation). Skillfully backed areas. Slightly stained.
