Pen and India ink and blue chalk, washed, on thin paper (from a sketch book), mounted along the corners on another sheet of paper. 22,5 x 27,5 cm (8 ⅞ x 10 ⅞ in.). Monogrammed (joined) and dated in pencil lower right: HMP 1911. On the reverse of the backing mount the fragment of a landscape in watercolour and brush and India ink. On the backing mount the violet estate stamp. Minor margin imperfections. Framed
