The „Kopfjäger“ is a painted wooden sculpture from Nigeria (height 45.5 cm) from Noldes collection in Seebüll. The painting war a gift from Emil Nolde to Rudolf Probst in the year 1927 in gratitude for the organisation of the memorial exhibition on the occasion of the artist's 60th birthday..
